L'unaBlack RetroArcade started with a simple frustration: fundraising for youth organizations is exhausting, and most of it doesn't scale. We asked what would happen if the fundraiser was just... fun.

From Cabinets in a Garage to a Placement Network
What began as a handful of restored consoles placed with a couple of local youth programs grew into a repeatable system: hardware, revenue-sharing, and community benefit built to travel to any partner willing to give it a room and an outlet.

L'unaBlack RetroArcade operates as a Social Interest Company — a structure that keeps community benefit written into how decisions get made, not just stated as a value on a page. We publish our revenue-share terms to partners up front and don't use exclusivity or fine print to lock organizations in.
